Can a family man with Salary RM3,000 survive in Malaysia 0

Let's do some simple calculations here.
In Malaysia , the average family income is RM3,000 /month
(where father works, mother doesn't).

I understand there are many families whose
monthly income does not reach RM3,000,
but, to make things simple,
let's take RM3,000 as the figure. Ok lah, right?

Okay, let's start rolling with a family which has
Papa, Mama, 1 daughter and 1 son. Ngam-ngam ....

Calculation starts...

-> Electricity and water bill: RM100
(No air-con, No home theatre, No water heater ... ok?)

-> Phone bill ( Telekom): RM100

-> Meals for a happy family: RM775
(3 meals on RM25/day, RM25 for 4 persons...?)

-> Papa makan / teh-tarik during working hrs: RM155
(RM5/day, RM5 ... can eat what?)

-> Car repayment: RM400
(A proton saga aeroback, 7 yrs repayment)

-> Petrol (living in city, traffic-jam): RM300
(go to work, bring son to school, only can afford one car running)

-> Insurance: RM650
(kids, wife and myself)

-> House repayment: RM750
(low cost housing repayment for 30 yrs,
retired still have to work to pay!)

-> Tuition: RM80
(got that cheap ka? i don't think so)

-> Older children pocket money @ school: RM20
(RM1/day, eat bread?)

-> School fees: RM30
(enough kah?)

-> School books and etc: RM100
(always got extra to pay in school)

-> Younger children milk powder: RM50
(cannot have the DHA, BHA, PHA one, expensive)

-> Miscellaneous: RM100
(shampoo, rice, sauce, toilet paper)

Oh wait!!! I have to stop here, so...

No Astro,
no movie @ cinema,
no DVD,
no CD,
no online,
no BICYCLE,
cannot KFC,
cannot McDonald,
cannot go Park walk during weekend (petrol expensive),
no chit chat on phone with grandparents, and etc...

Let's use a calculator to total up... Tu dia Aih!! Shit! RM3,610 already...
EPF belum potong, income tax lagi........oledi RM3,610 ...
How to survive lah tuan-tuan dan puan-puan sekalian ???

Our Deputy Prime Minister asked us to change lifestyle?
How to change? Don't eat? Don't work? Don't send children to school and study?

Besides that, I believe in Malaysia population, there are millions of rakyat Malaysia which still don't earn RM3,000/month!!!

What is this? Inilah Malaysia Boleh... Sorry... it should be Malaysians Boleh , because we're still alive and kicking!! Satu Malaysia!!

Our politicians must be mad!!!!

Please forward and comment boleh or tak boleh. No wonder so many Ah Loong around..

Minyak punya pasai.. 2

Dah 5 hari Syawal berlalu.. Aku pun balik smula ke tempat kerja -->Langkap..setelah 2 hari off..
tp ni bukan aku nak cerita pasal raya..
tp!!.. minyak punya hai...hohohoho...

setelah hampir sebulan lebih harga minyak petrol naik...ni la yang aku rasa.. kereta aku jadi 'lembab' sangat..
'dah la kereta yg memang dok lembab dah..'
<--- my car 'perodua myvi s.e 1.3'
memang aku terasa sangat perbezaannya kalau compare dari dulu dengan sekarang... huhuhu..ni baru sebulan pakai..dah rasa semput semacam..
mmm..

Satu masa dulu..
Datuk Shahrir Samad pernah berkata bahawa kerajaan bakal menggalakkan semua pemilik stesen minyak di negara kita menjual petrol tanpa plumbum jenis RON 95.

Aku pun buat sedikit research pasal benda ni.

RON = Research Octane Number.

Semakin tinggi RON = Lagi lambat meletus = Lagi kurang ‘Knocking’ = Lagi selamat enjin hangpa.

Untuk enjin pulak, semakin tinggi RON, Advance lagi banyak (so tingkatkan performance enjin).

Beza RON 95 dan RON 97 tak banyak sangat. Tapi disyorkan kalau kereta tu pakai RON97, jangan pakai RON rendah seperti RON 95.

Tp kereta aku?? Tengok saja la macamana nanti. Cuma kereta-kereta mewah seperti Mercedes dan BMW ja digalakkan jangan pakai RON 95. Kalau pakai jugak, nanti rosak enjin karang.

Malaysia a Paradise of Scandals – from Sex to Stadium

Amazing, isn’t it? Just when you thought the dust has settled another surprise, or rather scandal, appears and screaming for your attention. Unlike BMF scandal that saw a whooping RM2.5 billion vaporized into thin air back in 1980s the same cannot be said about PKFZ’s scandal which has eaten RM7.453 billion of taxpayers’ money and is about to put the whole project in the country’s Guinness Record – a staggering RM12.453 billion.

The country has indeed made her progress at an astounding rate – not only the quality of scandal or corruption (in terms of value) has increased, the quantity has also skyrocketed exponentially since then.

Going by the rate the scandals are queuing waiting to explode, now is perhaps the best time for Najib’s administration to prepare a long list, assign a queue-number to each of them with the most critical given priority and release it one after another.

The reason is pretty simple. Bombard and overload the people or taxpayers with the scandals and chances are high they’ll forget about it the next day because before they can debate and digest the first scandal at their favorite coffee-shop, the next scandal would be front-paged and then the third, the fourth, the fifth and the list continues.

Remember I said the most critical has to go first? So by the time the last scandal (if there would be a last scandal in the first place) makes its appearance the scale of it would probably amounting to a few thousands of ringgit that eventually people will ignore it. Great strategy isn’t it?

So, why are we so surprise about Malaysian government allegedly cover-up in Kelantan prince’s scandal over Indonesian babe 17-year-old Manohara Odelia Pinot and the latest RM300 million stadium named after the King – Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin, which collapsed just a year after it opened?

Point your gun at my head but I’m still betting my last dollar that corruption was involved. But in Malaysia corruption is OK as long as the project does not “collapse” but unfortunately the stadium did collapse one year after it was officially opened by the King himself, and that’s embarrassing enough. At least during Mahathir’s era the Penang bridge (built by Korean construction company), PLUS highway, Putrajaya and Petronas Twin Towers (Japanese and Korean contractor) have not collapse.

This leave the preliminary question if the politicians should start pointing the finger at the Korean contractor the moment the stadium collapsed, unless of course this Korean contractor did not even qualified for such project in the first place.

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to know that corruption in Malaysia is so serious that there were abundant jokes about the situation. A bunch of Malaysians paid a visit to their Korean friend’s house hoping to taste homemade “kim-chi”.

  • Malaysians: Whoa!!! Your house is like a palace … Is that the latest Benz model? Just how on earth could you afford this? No wonder you won’t go back to Korea *laugh*
  • Korean: Come here and I’ll show you my little secret … Can you see that Penang bridge?
  • Malaysians: Yes? *scratching their head” …
  • Korean: Well, it was supposed to be two Penang bridges because our study showed a single bridge will be insufficient to cater for the traffic …
  • Malaysians: So? *getting more confuse*
  • Korean: So? So there you have it – a single bridge built with the cost of two …
  • Malaysians: *it took them several minutes to digest what the Korean told them* … then burst into laughter as if they’ve found the holy grail …
Some years later, this Korean decided to pay a visit to one of his old Malaysian friends.
  • Korean: Whoa! Your house is triple the size of my palace … Is that the latest Lambo model? Simply Amazing! How did you do it?
  • Malaysian: Come here my friend and I’ll show you my little secret …
  • Korean: OK, OK, I’m coming … *was about to orgasm*
  • Malaysian: Can you see that bridge over there?
  • Korean: *staring for a couple of minutes* … but I don’t see any bridge …
  • Malaysian: *burst into laughter* … precisely …
Now, do you understand why Malaysian politicians are so eager to start mega-projects almost on daily basis? It doesn’t matter if the bridge is “crook” or to be built halfway to nowhere but most importantly the project has to be awarded (you know to whom).

In Malaysia you’re untouchable even if the writing is on the wall that you blatantly squandered millions or even billions of taxpayer money but you’re asking for trouble if you wear black, mentioned the word Altantuya or even protest about escalating cost of living or police brutality. Malaysia is indeed a paradise of scandals – from Sex to Stadium.

SOLAT AKHIR WAKTU!!!

Rupa-rupanya ada cerita kalau kita lewatkan sembahyang kita yea ....
Jika berpuasa Amalan kita direct terus padaNya
Tapi Jika bersembahyang Ada posmen pula Untuk hantar amalan kita padaNya
Kisahnya?..
Setiap kita ada malaikat
Malaikat yang hantar amalan sembahyang kita Pada Ilahi
Untuk sampaikan amalan kita
Ia melalui tol-tol di setiap lapisan langit
Dimana setiap penjaga tol,
Kroni malaikat juga
Jika sembahyang di awal waktu
Tolnya "free"
Sekatan tol tiada
Tiada "jem"
Malaikat terus sampaikan amalan pada Tuhan Untuk dinilaikan

Tapi jika sembahyang di akhir waktu
Tol free juga
Tapi sekatannya
MasyaAllah?.

Di langit pertama,
Penjaga tol marahkan posmen kita
Kenapa lewat poskan amalan kita
Merayu-rayu posmen malaikat kita
Minta diberi laluan
Tetapi? penjaga langit pertama
Tidak heran
Dicampakkan amalan lewat sembahyang tadi ke bumi
Maka..
Jatuh berderai?
Dikutip semula oleh Malaikat posmen kita
Satu persatu dikutip
Dilangit kedua,
Samalah juga,
Bebelan malaikat kerana lewat hantar amalan
Merayu lagi kawan kita
Tak dipedulinya
Lalu dilemparkan amalan lewat sembahyang kita tadi
Jatuh berderai lagi..
Dikutip satu persatu amalan kita
Dilangit ketiga,
La?. Kena basuh lagi malaikat posmen kita
Kenapa lewat hantar amalan tersebut
Tiada kompromi
Terus dibaling amalan kita
Jatuh berderai amalan kita
Tak ade nilai?.
Dan tiada lagi dikutip dan dirayu lagi

Maka..
Tak sampailah amalan kita kepada Allah
Seolah-olah kita tak sembahyang juga
Maka?
Bersedialah kita menerima pembalasannya
Tak di dunia di akhirat pula
Hilang duit, Hati risau, Tender ditolak,
Ujian bertimpa-timpa
Ish?.
Tak berbaloikan kita buat amal
Tapi tak sampai
Dahlah tu
Tak de nilai
Kena azab lagi nanti
Ya Allah !!! Ampunkan kami ! Kerana lalai !
Sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Pengampun Lagi Maha Penyayang
Jadikan hati kami Suka sembahyang di awal waktu
Gawatkan hati kami selagi kami tak segerakan
Biarlah kami gawat di dunia
Agar kami tidak gawat lagi Di hari akhirat kelak.
Amin.
